Is there a word for that like, “bright darkness” you get in winter?? When it’s been snowing or it’s supposed to snow past sunset and the sky isn’t Dark Enough. One of my favorite things
Thanks to @raindropwindow and a handful of articles, it’s called snow albedo, skyglow, snowglow, or just light scattering! It’s the result of moon- or artificial light reflecting off ground snow, low clouds, or ice crystals.
imagine the codependency that viktor and jayce exhibit after being research partners - who are obsessed with their work - for ? years.
- somebody asks viktor a question while he is concentrating on his work, jayce answers for him and vice versa
- whenever the council gives them a surprise visit, viktor briefly tidies up jayce’s appearance so that he can greet them. jayce gets to charm everybody who walks in and viktor doesn’t have to interact them at all.
- making eachother coffee is their love language. when one makes coffee and doesn’t bring the other a cup, they get actively offended.
- privacy? science comes first. jayce gets sore after working in the smith forging their tech so he forces himself to take ice baths. Next to him, viktor will sit on the toilet or a stool and tinker with his newly made gadgets.
- jayce’s mom made viktor gloves for the winter, jayce makes sure viktor never forgets them.
it’s so hilarious to me that the ppl at fortiche were 100% willing to make small changes to league canon just to cater to us whores. like, look at this shit
